Yesterday.  A fantastic massage!  It felt like Alex reset my nervous system only five mins into the massage!  He knew I had been having headaches all week and had a swollen ankle.  The range of techniques are so beneficial but with a lot of relaxation massage too.  I highly recommend.  Best massage studio in Tauranga.  Worth the drive, worth the money.  I have no headache, slept like a baby last night and have no pain.  Alex is certainly a natural healer and the scalp and face massage at the end is truly blissful.
